After a water line break last winter, the Goetz Tower project is expected to get back on track to redevelop the office building into retail and apartment space. Steve Coon, a developer that specialized in restoration of old buildings across the state including the former Journal-News Building, the Artspace projects in Hamilton and the Perry International Victory Monument in Put-In-Bay, is working on the building on the corner of Central Avenue and Main Street in Middletown.
