1. Clinton interview: Hillary Clinton, in an interview with Fox News that aired Wednesday, said an indictment in the email scandal she has been embroiled in, "Absolutely … is not going to happen." Clinton said in the interview, which aired a day after she became the presumptive Democratic nominee, that voters need not worry about the possibility of an indictment as the result of an FBI probe into the fact she used a personal email server to conduct State Department business. Clinton also praised her primary opponent, Sen. Bernie Sanders, for his campaign.
2. Sharapova banned: Maria Sharapova will not be allowed to compete in women's professional tennis for two years after she tested positive for a drug that is included on a list of medications banned by the sport. The International Tennis Federation announced the ruling on Wednesday. Sharapova tested positive for the substance meldonium after a match at the Australian Open in January. She said she had taken the drug, known also as mildronate, for a decade for heart issues without realizing it was the banned substance meldonium. She says she plans to appeal the ruling.
3. Cosby wants charges dismissed: Bill Cosby's attorneys are looking to have a Pennsylvania criminal sexual assault case against him dismissed, claiming a preliminary hearing last month violated his "confrontation and due process rights." The motion claims "The District Attorney gave no explanation at all" for why his accuser, Andrea Constand, did not appear at a preliminary hearing last month. The motion claims that Constand's absence violated Cosby's right to face his accuser in court.
4. Palin married: Bristol Palin, the daughter of former Alaska governor and vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin, announced Wednesday that she is married. Palin, 25, married Dakota Meyer, former boyfriend and the father of her second child. "Life is full of ups and downs but in the end, you'll end up where you're supposed to be," Palin and Meyer told "Entertainment Tonight" in an interview. "We are so happy to share with loved ones the wonderful news that we got married!"
5. Judge releases twin: A judge in Hawaii has released a woman prosecutors say intentionally killed her twin sister. Alexandria Duval was released from custody after Judge Blaine Kobayashi said there was no probable cause for Duval to be charged with a murder. Prosecutors say Duval, whose given name was Alison Dadow, intentionally drove a vehicle off a cliff last week, killing her sister, Ana Dadow.

Caesar Goodson will be in court Thursday, the third Baltimore police officer to stand trial in the death of Freddie Gray. Gray suffered what turned out to be fatal spinal injuries last year after being transported in a police van driven by Goodson. Goodson, one of six former officers being tried in Gray's death, is facing "depraved heart" murder charges. One of the officers in the case was found not guilty, the other's trial ended in a hung jury. That case will be retried.
