Yeah, election fatigue is a thing.

In July, six out of 10 Americans told Pew Research Center pollsters that they were suffering from "election fatigue," and that they felt "exhausted" by the amount of campaign coverage they were seeing every day.

On Friday, just hours away from Election Day 2016, Pew says about half of those polled who surf social media outlets feel that the political conversations they see are more angry (49 percent), less respectful (53 percent) and less civil (49 percent) than those in other areas of life.

USA Today suggests that those suffering from this ailment "ooh" and "aah" over cute animal photos, or tear up over a story about a man saving a puppy from a burning building.

CNN is trying to help by offering photos of "some of the most beautiful and serene landscapes on Earth -- spots that also happen to be among the least populated."

NBC is thinking outside the "big box" by wondering whether voter fatigue could put a serious dent in holiday shopping this year.

If you are wondering if you are alone in your weariness over the process, take heart. Here are at least 13 other people who agree with you.

The moment it  all becomes a blur.

We were so close.

Thanks, Daylight Saving time. Thanks.

Because there has to be a Harry Potter reference.

Put. The. Pumpkin. Spice. Latte. Down.

In the middle of Game 7 of the World Series.

Work dumpster fire into that and you’ve got something.

I’m with her.

Seriously, there may not be one.

Wait, what, we could have stopped this?

Yes, as do jackasses.

There’s a lot to be said for being well-rounded.

From your mouth to God’s ear.
