Multiple police chases lead Franklin to ask for help finding 3 suspects

Editor's Note: An earlier version of this story should have read that Franklin police were searching for Adam Fox on a probation violation for attempted aggravated possession of drugs filed in Montgomery County.

Franklin police are seeking three suspects for different incidents and is asking the public for assistance.

Police said that Kyle Fox, 32, of Franklin, was involved in a pursuit in Greene County on Friday. When Franklin officers went to Fox’ residence, they ended up in a chase that was eventually terminated in Montgomery County.

Police Chief Russ Whitman said Fox is wanted for fleeing and eluding.

In a second chase that happened on Saturday, Whitman said police found the truck that was at the same address from the previous pursuit. He said that Fox was in a truck registered to Beau Howard, 32, who was wanted on outstanding warrants from Warren County.

Whitman said the chase went down East Fourth Street to Sunnybrook Drive to Ohio 123. However, that chase was terminated due to icy conditions, he said.

A third person involved, Adam Fox, 33, is also wanted on a warrant from Montgomery County for probation violation and attempted aggravated possession of drugs.

Whitman said anyone with information on these three men should call police at 937-746-2882.
