The office will be open extra hours to help residents file their city income taxes by the April 17 deadline, according to Finance Director Jacob Burton.
Those hours are:
- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. today, April 13
- 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 14
- 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, April 16
- 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 17
Burton said city income tax staff will help people file their city taxes for free during all hours they are open. Residents must bring their W-2’s and federal tax forms with them to file their city tax returns.
Residents can visit the Tax Office, call the Tax Department at 513-425-7862, email email@example.com, or go to the city's website.
The city did not mail tax forms this year. Instead, it mailed postcards to remind residents to file their taxes, according to city officials.
