If the repairs are not completed by a specified date, the city will make the repairs and bill the property owner. If the bill is not paid, the city will assess the property owner on their real estate taxes.
The assessments range from $171.18 to $13,701 per lot with an average cost of $2,751 per lot.
Officials said the total cost of the concrete program that is eligible to be assessed to the property owners is approximately $437,456.
