City spokeswoman Shelby Quinlivan said the city’s technology department will host the meeting via Zoom and that all council members, clerk of council, acting city manager and law director will be on the call. The meeting agenda will be conducted as normal, and will be streaming live on the city’s Facebook and on the city’s YouTube channel, she said.
Citizen comments will be read into the record at the time set in the agenda. Comments can be submitted to Clerk of Council Amy Schenck via email prior to the meeting until 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at amys@cityofmiddletown.org.

Comments left on the live feeds of the meeting will be documented and given to council after the meeting. There will not be live response to these questions or comments.
A recording of the meeting will be on the city’s YouTube channel and website, www.cityofmiddletown.org at the conclusion of the meeting.
