A Butler County grand jury handed down an indictment today against Kevin Gabbard, 37, of Dorsey Road, for three counts of robbery, two counts of petty theft, abduction, impersonating a police officer, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, and obstruction of official business.
He remains housed in the Butler County Jail in lieu of a $600,000 bond.
