Seasonal workers at Macy’s stores serve customers on the selling floor and work in store operations positions, including fulfilling buy online pick-up-in-store orders and buy online ship-to-store orders. Macy’s offers all employees a competitive hourly income and a merchandise discount. Macy’s also is hiring full-time and part-time seasonal colleagues to help provide customer service for online and in-store transactions and account maintenance issues during the holiday season.
