OVERNIGHT: Rain will become mixed with snow before the weather system leaves the Miami Valley after midnight, Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Jesse Maag said. Temperatures will drop steadily throughout the night as a cold front passes. By sunrise, temperatures will have dropped into the lower 20s and wind chills will make it feel like it's near 10 degrees.
Rain will switch to a wintry mix and even snow later this evening as colder temperatures return in the Miami Valley.

THURSDAY: Slick spots from refreeze are possible for the morning commute. We'll see a much colder day with highs only in the upper 20s. Skies will be mostly cloudy with some breezy conditions during the day.
Another passing cold front could bring more light snow showers or flurries toward evening, possibly depositing a light dusting. A bitter cold night is expected as temperatures drop into the single digits.

FRIDAY: Temperatures for the day will start in the single digits with wind chills registering below zero. Broken clouds are expected. High temperatures will be in the mid teens. A quick disturbance could trigger again a few light snow showers into the night.
SATURDAY: A chilly morning in the low teens. Some passing flurries or light snow showers are possible.

SUNDAY: Mostly cloudy with a chance of snow. Temperatures will reach highs of near 32 degrees.
