The three are accused of entering the T-Mobile store on Miamisburg Centerville Road Tuesday afternoon, with masks and guns, before fleeing the area in a stolen car.

Video surveillance shows four people in masks and hooded sweatshirts grab items off a shelving unit in the store.

“They ordered employees to the ground and took at least one back at gunpoint,” Sgt. Paul Nienhaus said during a media availability Friday morning.

“We believe that the three we’ve got are the ones that actually did go inside the store,” he said.

Court documents filed Thursday indicate police are still looking for three others who fled after the suspect vehicle crashed on Edwin C. Moses Boulevard in Dayton near Interstate 75.

“We are still working on the identities of the other three,” Nienhaus said.

Investigators said they have some leads in identifying the other suspects.

The suspect vehicle, a green Toyota with a New York license plate, was stolen from a University of Dayton neighborhood.

“There were actually two cars stolen in the same night, from houses that were close to each other,” Nienhaus said.

Miami Twp. police are working with police from UD and Dayton to see if the stolen vehicles had anything to do with the robbery.

Police will release surveillance video of the robbery later this morning. We’ll update this page when the video is available.
