Missing Ross teen turns self in at police department; now home safe

ROSS TWP. — A missing 15-year-old Ross Twp. girl was safely returned home Tuesday evening.

Detective Don Schoonover of Ross Twp. said Chasadey Alexis Sizemore, of the 4000 block of Lark Street, had been missing since noon Monday when she left Ross High School on foot. The girl’s last known location was Colerain High School.

Ross Twp. police Chief Ben Kramer said he was alerted at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday that Sizemore turned herself in to Colerain Twp. police. A detective picked her up and drove her home.

Schoonover said Tuesday the girl was given a ride to Colerain after telling a driver that her car had broken down and she needed a ride.

The teenager’s parents reported her missing after the school alerted them that Sizemore hadn’t shown up for a class.
