Missing Franklin County boy, subject of statewide advisory, safely recovered

UPDATE @ 10:30 a.m.: 

Jacari Woodley, 2, was recovered and is safe, according to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.

FIRST REPORT

An endangered missing child advisory has been issued for a two-year-old out of Franklin County.

Jacari Woodley, 2, was last seen at 7 a.m. Thursday with his non-custodial mother, Jasmine Tyree, 28. The child wasn’t returned when he was supposed to be at 6 p.m., according to a release. The child is believed to be in danger due to Tyree’s past behavior, according to the release.

Woodley is a black male, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 2-feet tall and weighs 26 pounds.

Tyree is a 28-year-old black woman with black hair and brown eyes. She is five-foot-seven and weights 140 poounds, and she has multiple tattoos on her arms.
