The moves is contingent on the passage of House Bill 49 and approval by Gov. Kasich.
The additional money will go toward additional faculty members and advisers, as well as security and technology upgrades, according to a news release.

“Clark State’s mission is to provide the highest quality education at an affordable price for our students. We promise that the tuition increase will be used to increase safety and improve technology and student success initiatives,” Clark State President Jo Alice Blondin said in a statement.
