Chase Bank closes all local branches due to frigid temperatures

Chase Bank branches across the region are closed Wednesday due to dangerous temperatures, according to a tweet from the bank.

LOCAL WEATHER: Dangerous temperatures and wind chills continue through Thursday

Branches across Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin and parts of Indiana were closed today in an effort to keep employees safe, the tweet stated.

The branch on Far Hills Avenue in Oakwood had a sign on the front door confirming the information, stating the branch would be closed Wednesday.

With below zero wind chills expected through Thursday but the bank’s plan for branches tomorrow was not immediately known.
