Camden celebrates 200 years with Bicentennial Celebration

The Camden Bicentennial Celebration is currently being held and will last until around 8:00 p.m. Saturday night.

The celebration began at 7:30 a.m. with Logan’s Run 5k, and booths opened at 9:00 a.m., according to a release.

The parade will start at 10:00 a.m., which lines up on Camden Road behind the cemetery. It will process down N. Main Street, turn at Central Street and pass in front of the Town Hall.

Other free activities include an antique street fair, old-fashioned games and contests, face painting, a vintage photo booth, a cruise-in car show, guided historical tours of the town, entertainment, great food and more, the release stated.
