Saturday: A steamy day is expected to start the weekend with lots of sunshine and highs soaring into the lower to middle 90s. The heat index will top out from 95 to 100 degrees, with perhaps higher readings northwest of Dayton.
A heat advisory for Auglaize and Mercer counties goes into effect from noon to 8 p.m.
Sunday: Skies will become partly cloudy with unseasonably warm temperatures continuing. Highs will reach into the lower 90s. There is a slight chance for a pop-up storm toward evening.

Monday: Partly cloudy skies will start the week with a chance for a few storms during the afternoon and evening. Highs will be near 90 degrees.

Tuesday: It will remain hot and humid with highs near 90 degrees. A few storms will be around during the afternoon and evening.

Wednesday: Unseasonably warm weather will stick around for the holiday with a pop-up storm possible in the afternoon. Otherwise expect partly cloudy skies and a high in the lower 90s.
