No arrests have been made related to his fatal shooting.
In the West Carrollton case, Churchill and Dorian A. Barnhart, 24, of Washington Twp., are both charged with two counts each of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary and felonious assault. All charges carry a three-year firearm specification, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.
In the Dayton case, Churchill is charged with two counts of aggravated burglary and one count of aggravated robbery with all carrying gun specifications, records show.

Two counts of aggravated burglary and one count of complicity to commit aggravated burglary filed against a second suspect — Jeffrey L. Turner, 22, of West Carrollton — were dismissed and the case was bound over to the grand jury, Dayton court records show.
Kinser died of a gunshot wound to the chest in a late-night Dec. 30 shooting in which a 14-year-old girl was also wounded with non-life threatening injuries, authorities have said.
Five local adults were arrested earlier on felony charges during the investigation of Kinser’s death, but none related to the homicide, police have said.
Initial reports indicate seven gunshots were heard, police records show. Five officers responded to the scene, where there was “blood all over,” according to police records.

Those same records state “AK 47 in the room” and “several handguns in the room,” but do not indicate where they were found or who owned them.
Kinser was inside an apartment at the address when two armed individuals entered to commit a robbery, police have said.
Once inside the apartment, the suspects opened fire, killing Kinser and hospitalizing the female, who police said was been treated and released. The assailants fled in the car, police have said.
