Dayton police officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Smithville Road just after midnight and they found Jeffery Charles Lowery standing in the school lot performing the sex act, according to a report.

Lowery was arrested, charged with public indecency and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
His case is awaiting court action.
