Crews respond to report of fire at Butler County motel

Crews are responding to a reported fire at the Capri Motel on Ohio 4.

Fairfield and Hamilton fire officials are on the scene at the motel at 3256 Dixie Highway. Our reporter at the scene said neither flames nor smoke are visible, although earlier photos show flames coming from windows.

A portion of Ohio 4 is closed as the crews continue their response. Crews first received the call at about 10:30 a.m. reporting the fire.

We’ll continue to update this story as we learn more.
