Police said the truck, which was carrying diesel fuel, spilled a minimal amount of fuel onto the roadway and that the tank did not rupture as a result of the crash, which was reported at 8:55 a.m.
Crews from the Sharonville Fire Department and the Ohio Department of Transportation cleared and reopened the ramp.
The driver, a 58-year-old man, was transported to the hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries, according to police.

An accident this morning closed the ramp for Exit 16 on Interstate 75 northbound between I-75 and I-275 west, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.
Motorists are advised to take an alternate route.
ODOT online cameras show traffic still slow in the area, including into Butler County along I-75..
No more information was immediately available from ODOT or the Sharonville Police Department.
