The 300,000-square-foot Interstate Commerce Center at 4520 Le Saint Circle has 54,000 square feet of rentable space, according to listing service LoopNet.
The nearly 30-acre property sold for $600,000 in 2007, for $12.4 million in 2011 and then for $12.6 million in 2014 before last month’s sale.
The seller is listed as Exter Property Group subsidiary Exeter 4520 LeSaint LLC. The buyer is listed as Thomson Logistics Assets.
