He already helps fix his father’s motorcycle, and mows the lawn for his church. He asked a local lawn care service for a job, but they turned him down. He went back and asked if they could help him find a used mower.
“If I can’t find a job, “ he explained to WTVD-TV, “I’m going to make a job.”
Bobby West of Grasshoppers Lawn Care in Fayettville took note of the strong work ethic shown by the fourth-grader. So West and William Moss, owner of a local small-engine repair business, decided to surprise Q’yaron with the making of his first business: a new mower, weed-eater and gas cans.
“He really wants to work,” West said, “we need to give him a job.”
Q’yaron’s surprise was caught on camera by a WTVD crew.
“I was gong to fall out crying,” he said after hugging West and others. “I just want them to know I’m very thankful to have everything that I have now. God bless them all.”
Q’yaron already has two customers lined up.
