Missing Dayton 9-year-old found safe, police say

A missing 9-year-old boy has been found after police asked for public help to find him.

“We are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 9 year old Messiah Love,” the Dayton Police Department posted Wednesday morning on social media. Police added a short update after 9 p.m.: “Messiah Love has been located and is safe.”

No information was available Wednesday about who reported him missing.

We are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 9 year old, Messiah Love (DOB: 1/20/14).

His last known address is 126 Xenia Avenue, however he does not appear to live there anymore.
