Clive and Geeta Wilson purchased 419 E Sixth St. in Dayton Oregon District in 2016.
Step ladder inventor John H. Balsley built the six bedroom, 4.5 bathroom mid-Victorian home in 1877.
Constructed of soft brick and trimmed in cut limestone and galvanized metal, the home can sleep up to 12 and is one of the largest in the Oregon District.
It is decorated light fixtures from from Restoration Hardware, vintage scales and reproductions of John Balsley’s patents.
Amenities include some original flooring, a second floor balcony, a massage chair; a six-person sauna; spiral staircases; a hair salon; flat-screen TVs; two ovens; a washer and a dryer; two refrigerators and three microwaves.
