2.) FAMILY-FRIENDLY SATURDAYS AT THE PLAZA THEATRE
This summer, in partnership with ThinkTV, the Plaza will be offering FREE family-friendly shows on nearly every Saturday in July. This is a great chance to visit the theater, and spend some quality time with your littles and their favorite PBSKids characters. In the meantime, the theatre is running “Charlotte’s Web” and has “Scooby-Doo” hitting theaters July 6.

3.) The Greene Town Center Family Movie Night

This once-monthly event brings an inflatable screen to the center of the outdoor shopping center for family fun under the stars. Just remember to bring your own chairs or blankets. Brought to you by Dayton Children’s. The next movie night will feature the movie “Coco” on Saturday, July 27, starting at approximately 9:30 p.m..

4.) Movie Night at Austin Landing
The area’s other outdoor shopping destination is also offering a FREE Saturday night movie event throughout the summer. Visitors are encouraged to come early, dress for the weather, and bring your own chairs and concessions (or pick some up from one of the many eateries on site). You can order carryout pizza from Dewey’s and popcorn from Grandpa Joe’s Candy Shop. The night movie night is scheduled for July 21 from 9 to 11 p.m. Cinépolis also features $5 movie specials every Tuesday 7 to 9 p.m.

The parent company behind theaters in Piqua, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, and West Carrollton offers a couple of different ways to save money on the latest releases. The Summer Movie Clubhouse offers 10 weeks of films for kids. The cost is $5 for 10 movies or $1 per showCheck with your preferred theater for the specifics. It continues through Aug. 23.

6.) Regal Movie Theaters Fairfield Commons
New this year is the Summer Movie Express. For $1, see select kids' movies all summer long. Tickets available at the box office only. Check with your theater for exact film titles and showtimes. There are also promotions online running through the summer including 15 percent off coupons, $10 off your 3rd IMAX® movie and more.
