1. Oxford medical building
Kettering Health Network started construction Oct. 8 on a new $4.5 million, 12,000-square-foot health center in Oxford.
The Oxford Health Center will be under the umbrella of Kettering Health’s Fort Hamilton Hospital and is under construction at 4137 Millville-Oxford Road.
The medical office will have 18 exam rooms, imaging and other outpatient services. It will have five primary care providers as well as women’s services, general surgery, orthopedics and cardiology.
Construction is scheduled to be completed by late summer 2020 and will replace a location at 10 N. Locust St., Oxford.
2. Piqua emergency center
The health network is building a $30 million medical center and free standing emergency department at 308 S. Looney Road. The project was announced in November 2018, started construction December 2018, and will open in 2020.
The 48,000-square-foot medical center will also have about 100 employees and non-emergency services like testing and imaging.
3. Soin Medical Center patient tower
In September 2018, the Indu and Raj Soin Medical Center kicked off the construction of a $70 million five-story tower, which will add 170,000 square feet to the Beavercreek hospital when it is completed in 2020.
The patient tower will house surgical services, cardiac services, private inpatient rooms and unused space that leaves room for more expansion.
