A Hamilton-based medical practice is relocating to a larger space in Fairfield Twp.

Brothers Dr. Peter A. Scheidler, DO, board certified in internal medicine, and Dr. Joseph S. Scheidler, DO, orthopaedic surgeon, are opening Scheidler Health Associates LLC on Siaron Way in Fairfield Twp.

A 6,000-square-foot location at 3515 Siaron Way will include two levels, said Peter Scheidler. The vacant commercial land was purchased in late 2014 for $110,000, according to the Butler County Auditor.

The new office is currently under construction near Tylersville Road and Ohio Bypass 4 and should be open by late September. Peter Scheidler said they’ve spent about $750,000 to build the new office.

The new location is near a cluster of medical offices, including urology, dental offices and an allergy and asthma center. Scheidler Health Associates LLC will be equipped to do on-site minor surgeries, as well as X-ray and electrocardiogram.

LabCorp will operate a laboratory, with separate entrance, in the basement of the new building.

Peter Scheidler said he chose Fairfield Twp. for better access to patients of Hamilton, Butler County and Sharonville, where Dr. Joseph Scheidler will be closing his existing practice.

Charlene Kemme, office manager, said the Scheidler Medical Group at 543 Park Ave., Hamilton has dissolved into two separate practices. The Scheidlers have practiced in Hamilton for over 15 years.

Dr. Stanley Scheidler, a general practitioner, will stay at the Hamilton location and operate the practice Scheidler Medical Preferred LLC.
