The Taurid meteor shower doesn’t produce a lot of meteors but is known for slow moving fireballs.
A fireball is a very bright meteor, usually brighter than the planet Venus.
The North and South stream of the Taurid meteor shower peak during the first few weeks of November.
Despite varying opinions on the exact dates of its peak, one thing is certain: with clear skies and little moonlight both Friday and Saturday conditions will be favorable to potentially see a meteor.
The Taurid meteor shower’s radiant point is the constellation Taurus but you can look anywhere in the sky to see the activity.
Dress warm, though, because it will be chilly. Also, don't forget to give yourself time to adjust to the darkness.
