FILE - In this June 9, 2017, file photo, Cleveland Indians relief pitcher Andrew Miller delivers against the Chicago White Sox during a baseball game in Cleveland. All-Star reliever Andrew Miller will likely be activated from the disabled list Thursday, Sept. 14, and re-join the red-hot Cleveland Indians.

The Indians have tied the A’s for the most consecutive wins in American League history.

They’ve increased their run differential to +220, 52 runs better than the 93-52 Dodgers. Their collective 1.60 ERA is significantly better than the ‘moneyball’ A’s that accrued the same streak (2.65).

Reactions to the Indians streak have been as expected.
