Liberty and West Chester townships are telling residents not to be alarmed when they see black smoke and lots of fire apparatus at Liberty Way and Cox Road today.

The Liberty and West Chester township fire departments will be performing a joint live fire training at the corner of Liberty Way and Cox Road from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today.
