Butler County’s Koch Foods is adding more jobs to its workforce of approximately 1,100 employees.
“After adding another production line over the summer, we’re in need of about 20 experienced industrial maintenance people for second and third shift,” Angela Smith, senior recruiting coordinator for the company, told this news outlet.
Koch Foods is hiring experienced maintenance mechanics, ammonia refrigeration techs, wastewater operators and freezer warehouse forklift operators.
A hiring event is scheduled for 9 a.m. to noon Sunday, Nov. 5, at its facility at 4100 Port Union Road in Fairfield.
Smith said the company will conduct on-the-spot interviews and that candidates must be at least 18 years old and pass the pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Koch Foods is one of the largest employers in Butler County.
