A 15-year-old Middletown High School, charged with felonious assault earlier this month, will be back in Butler County Juvenile Court this week for his pre-trial hearing, according to court documents.

The student, whom this news agency isn’t naming because he is a juvenile, has been in the Butler County Juvenile Detention Center since Nov. 6, the day he allegedly beat up a fellow student, 15, in the hallway.

The student appeared before Judge Ronald Craft on Nov. 15 and was remanded back to the Juvenile Detention Center.
