Middletown police were unable to locate a man who allegedly waved a gun Saturday afternoon at a woman, then laughed at her near Third Base Cafe, 911 Crawford St.

The complainant told dispatchers there were three people in the white Charger, one man and two females, according to the police report.

Police checked the area near Third Base Cafe and inside the bar, but were unable to find the complainant or the suspect, the report said.
