Buffalo Wings & Rings was founded in 1984 and operates about 60 restaurants in the U.S. and Middle East, according to the company's website. That includes locations in Monroe and Fairfield, as well as a new $3 million location that opened at 517 Kings Center Drive in Deerfield Twp. last November with 70 full and part-time employees.
The menu includes wings, burgers, gyros, wraps, salads, sandwiches and quesadillas.
The township had initially purchased the land in 2007 for a possible site for a township hall or fire station, but sold it to Buffalo Wings & Rings last October for an undisclosed amount, according to the Butler County Auditor’s Office.
The other construction in the same shopping plaza, just across from Dos Amigos on Yankee Road, belongs to Dr. Andrew Zamora, a Hilliard-based dentist who plans to open a dental office in the Liberty Commons shopping center near Dos Amigos.
Zamora purchased the 1.57-acre property March 21 for $340,000, according to the Butler County Auditor’s Office.
