Demolished motel in West Chester to be site of new restaurant

Texas Roadhouse is looking to construct a new location at 7313 Kingsgate Way just east of the Tylersville Road exit along Interstate 75 and south of Tylersville Road itself in West Chester Twp.

Formerly the site of an Economy Inn that was torn down earlier this year, the nearly 4.4-acre property sold to Tylersville Investments earlier this year for almost $1.2 million, according to the Butler County Auditor’s Office.

Texas Roadhouse operates more than 510 restaurants in 49 states and five foreign countries.

The full-size, sit-down restaurant would be a 7,214-square-foot location and would be open between 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekends.
