"He put his hand on my wallet, and I said, 'Oh, please, don't do it,'" she said.
The suspect got away with Felton’s child support card, SNAP benefit card and driver’s license.
Middletown police are investigating similar crimes committed by a bike-riding thief over the last week, according to WCPO. One happened outside of Little Chicago Pub on Saturday, and another happened in Smith Park, where police said the suspect stole $200 from an 83-year-old man.

Felton said she feels violated.
"I didn't deserve that to happen. No one deserves that to happen,” she said.
