The proposed hotel would sit on a 3.9-acre site just south of Liberty Center and Cabela’s in West Chester Twp., making it highly visible from Interstate 75.

This isn’t the brand’s first foray into West Chester Twp. A Hampton Inn & Suites opened in September 2005 at 9266 Schulze Drive, just off I-75’s Union Centre Boulevard exit.
