The others indicted are Tiwonne Montgomery, Brandon Freeman and David Harris, a soon-to-be senior at Dunbar High School who was released before trial last week but is subject to various conditions. Most of the defendants are from 18 to 21 years of age.
U.S. District Court Judge Thomas Rose also set an Aug. 30 pre-trial conference which could address any motions filed.

Federal prosecutors previously identified “Boo” Warren, 21, as the ringleader of the suspected pharmacy robbery operation, according to recently unsealed federal court records.
A superseding indictment alleged Warren recruited at least seven other men to forcibly take drugs from pharmacies and sell them on the streets.

The indictment said Warren “instructed them how to execute the scheme, including: to act natural upon entering the pharmacy; go to the pharmacy counter as if to turn in a prescription; and then pass a note indicating that this was a robbery.”
The indictment said the group is responsible for pharmacy robberies in CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid and other pharmacies in Fairfield, Middletown, Franklin, Hamilton, Westerville, Trotwood, Dayton, Oakwood, Kettering, Beavercreek, Moraine, Vandalia, Union Twp. and Cincinnati.

Drugs taken included hydrocodone, oxycodone, codeine, alprazolam, Tussionex, dextroamp-amphetamin and promethazine.
Warren also is accused of possessing and intending to distribute some of those drugs plus heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine.
