Construction continues to ramp up on The Dayton Arcade redevelopment project in downtown Dayton. Interior painting of the Rotunda Building including latticework, rams' heads, cornucopias and the third floor medallions with new compass directions has been completed. The installation of the the Rotunda Building's second floor private office window frames is now underway. Drywall and insulation have been installed around the second and third floors of the Rotunda and McCrory buildings for The Hub, Powered by PNC, a joint venture of the University of Dayton and The Entrepreneurs Center. In the Commercial Building, framing for Crafted & Cured's new space on the first floor has begun and drywall is being installed for The Arts Lofts at the Dayton Arcade. Cabinetry, appliances, bathtubs/showers and toilets are currently being installed in the Fourth Street & Ludlow buildings for The Arts Lofts at The Dayton Arcade residential units. The Arcade redevelopment project is a collaboration between lead developer Cross Street Partners, Model Group and McCormack Baron Salazar.
