...Cold Wind Chills and Drifting Snow...

The combination of air temperatures in the teens and
north winds of 15 to 20 mph will result in wind chill values in
the single digits above and below zero today.

These wind chills can cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes
to exposed skin. Take frequent breaks to warm up and dress in
    layers if venturing outdoors.

Blowing and drifting snow is also expected to continue this
morning. This will prolong ongoing hazardous driving conditions,
especially on east to west roads. Some rural roads may have become
impassable. Do not attempt to drive through snow drifts as you
may get stuck and become stranded. As a precaution, if you must
travel, pack extra blankets, food, water and a shovel as an
    emergency kit.
