Former Cincinnati Reds Todd Frazier and Jay Bruce are reuniting in the city that never sleeps.

Pending a physical, the New York Mets will sign Frazier, who turns 32 next week, to a two-year contract reportedly worth $17 million.

Frazier split last season between the Chicago White Sox and New York’s other team, the Yankees, hitting 27 home runs with 72 RBIs.

The New Jersey native batted .213 with a .428 slugging percentage, both career lows, while raising his on-base percentage to a career-high .344.

He was a first-round pick of the Reds in 2007 and ended up spending five seasons in Cincinnati, where he hit 108 home runs and made two All-Star teams.

A December 2015 trade with the White Sox and Dodgers brought back Scott Schebler, Jose Peraza and Brandon Dixon, making it one of the more successful moves the Reds have made during their rebuild.

In January, the Mets signed Bruce to a three-year, $39 million deal.

The 30-year-old has played 153 games for the club, which acquired him from the Reds at the deadline in 2016 and sent him to Cleveland midway through last season.

Bruce was a first-round pick of the Reds in 2005 and enjoyed a meteoric rise through the farm system before spending nine years in Cincinnati.

He hit .249 with 233 homers and 718 RBIs in a Reds uniform.

The deal that sent him to New York two years ago brought back minor-league pitcher Max Wotell and infield prospect Dilson Herrera.

Wotell appeared in two games with the Class-A Dayton Dragons last season and also pitched three times in rookie ball at Billings before being shut down with a shoulder injury.

A shoulder injury also slowed Herrera in spring training last year before ultimately requiring surgery in July.

In the meantime, Peraza won the starting job at second base before giving way to Scooter Gennett.

Peraza is expected to be the club's shortstop this season.
