Cincinnati Bengals re-sign third-year safety

The Bengals on Monday re-signed special teams stalwart Brandon Wilson to a one-year deal.

Wilson, a safety, ranked second in special teams tackles (nine) last season and tied for fourth (five) in 2017.

A third-year player in 2019, Wilson has played 24 games during his first two seasons. He was a sixth-round pick by the Bengals in 2017.

Wilson had been issue an exclusive rights tender by the Bengals on Friday. His previous contract was due to expire this Wednesday.
