The Cincinnati Bengals have officially ruled linebacker Rey Maualuga out for Monday’s game against the Giants, while defensive end Michael Johnson and wide receiver James Wright are questionable.

Maualuga has a fibula injury, and the team is still trying to assess the severity of it. A team source said earlier this week Maualuga’s absence could extend beyond Monday night.

The designation for Johnson (calf) and Wright (hamstring) technically means they have a 50-50 chance of playing, but both players were full participants in Saturday’s practice and every Bengals player listed as questionable has been active on game day.

Linebacker Vontaze Burfict (thigh) and defensive tackle Pat Sims (ribs) were limited Thursday and Friday but went full Saturday and are no listed on the final injury report.

The Giants have four players listed as questionable, including wide receiver Victor Cruz (ankle). The others are safety Andrew Adams (shoulder), linebacker Jonathan Casillas (calf) and defensive end Kerry Wynn (concussion).

Left guard Justin Pugh (knee) is out.
