Harris was a three-year starter at ISU, recording four interceptions and 39 passes defended. He also was one of the team’s leading tacklers.
He will be in the mix to back up starters Dre Kirkpatrick, William Jackson and Darqueze Dennard. The other cornerbacks on the Bengals roster at KeiVarae Russell and Tony McRae.
A Kansas native, Harris was third in the 100-meter dash and sixth in the 200 in high school. He ran a 4.43 40-yard dash at the Combine.
