NEFF, Jefferson (Jeff), age 80, of Middletown, passed away unexpectedly, on January 30, 2025. Among survivors is his wife, Katherine Gould Neff and daughter, Tobi Virginia Neff Athanas (Constantine). He was employed as a Nuclear engineer for the U. S. Department of Energy for 30 years before his retirement. Services private at the convenience of the family.
