Retailer opens newest store in southwest Ohio

Casual clothing, accessories, footwear and home products retailer Lands’ End opened its newest retail location at Rookwood Commons in Cincinnati.

The new store at 2715 Edmonson Road offers Lands’ End’s “hybrid brick-and-mortar and digital shopping experience,” the company said in a release.

The storefront, which was most recently home to a Hallmark Gold Crown store, features Lands’ End’s latest apparel and accessories for women and men, in regular, plus and petite sizes. Customers can also shop the Lands’ End collection of products at www.landsend.com through kiosks and a dedicated digital shopping area.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m Sunday.

Capacity will be limited to manage traffic flow and promote social distancing and floor markings have been installed to encourage social distancing.

Barriers have been installed to limit person-to-person contact at the checkout and water fountains and restrooms will be temporarily closed. Heightened cleaning and maintenance routines will be implemented throughout the store and associates will undergo temperature checks upon arrival for their shift.

“Our top priority is always the health and safety of our customers, employees and communities,” said Claudia Mazo, senior vice president of retail, Lands’ End, said in the release.
