Brooke Skylar Richardson, the Carlisle woman who was convicted in September 2019 of abuse of a corpse in the death of her baby daughter, was released on Tuesday from community control imposed for that fifth-degree felony.

Warren County Judge Donald Oda II placed the now-21=year-old on probation for three years. She had been on probation for 14 months.

“There is no reason for me to invest the time and resources of my probation department in supervision supervising you,” Oda said.
