The store’s opening date hasn’t been determined yet, but the company is expected to start its build out in September and open later this year, Duebber said. The project will cost about $50,000 according to Montgomery County records.

The 4,300-square-foot store will be the first in Ohio for the company. All in Adventures has 38 locations in about 15 states and is expanding, according to the company’s website.

“We are a relatively young company, but are growing at warp speed…By the end of 2018, we’re predicted to grow to over 75 locations,” the website says.

Traditional retail spaces, especially indoor malls, are looking to offer more mixed-use facilities including office space, retail, restaurant and entertainment. The focus has shifted from offering a one-stop shopping facility to specializing in experiences for consumers.

“Washington Prime Group is committed to providing our customers with more than just a traditional shopping destination,” Duebber said. “The addition of All in Adventures will provide our guests with a unique entertainment component that is second to none.”
