Ashlee Hutt, 24, was arrested on a bench warrant after she failed to show up in court to face charges along with the children’s father in September.

According to a probable cause affidavit, the couple's 6-year-old child, identified only as S.S., told Child Protective Services investigators “mom and dad give him and his sisters the 'feel good medicine.'"

He described the "feel good medicine" as a white powder that was mixed with water. His parents then used a needle to inject the "feel good medicine."

Pierce County sheriff’s spokesman Detective Ed Troyer said all three children are now in foster care.
